Operator and contact
FACTREE is operated by XXVIII Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 08184502. Registered office: 87a Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon, United Kingdom, CR0 6BE. Educational information
FACTREE provides general information and learning materials. Content can contain errors, omit context or become outdated. Check important claims against suitable sources. It is not personalised medical, legal, financial or other professional advice and does not replace qualified advice where needed.
Accounts and saved progress
You can browse without an account. Optional accounts provide cross-device journey storage and other account features. Keep your sign-in methods secure, only link identities you control and contact us if you suspect misuse.
Guest progress depends on device storage and may be lost when it is cleared. Synchronisation depends on connectivity and service availability. You can download a copy of your journey and request account deletion through Account & privacy. Follow any retry instructions if identity deletion does not finish.
Responsible use and sharing
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, impersonate others, or use FACTREE for unlawful, threatening or abusive messages or spam. Respect privacy and intellectual-property rights.
Only share facts with recipients you have a legitimate reason to contact and who would reasonably welcome the message. Your confirmed display name and any personal note are shown to the recipient. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information in topic suggestions.
We may reasonably restrict access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
Content and contributions
Software, presentation, original content and third-party material remain subject to their respective rights and licences. You may use FACTREE for personal learning and use its sharing features. We do not claim ownership of facts themselves or override rights and licences applying to third-party material.
You retain rights you hold in your notes and suggestions. You allow us to process a note for its requested delivery and to review and use a topic suggestion to improve the service. This is not a general permission to publish your private correspondence or identity.
